Description of Training:
The Integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology model brings an exciting, new dimension to therapy by blending the latest in 21st century brain science, behavioral/cognitive strategies with simple, realistic and achievable goals. In this workshop you will learn step-by-step methods for helping adult clients overcome anxiety and depression.
This integrative model provides uniquely bio-psycho-social skills-based approach that focuses clients on cultivating strengths, deepening interpersonal connections, and locating resources. These skills are also easily adapted to Stress Management, ADHD, Anger and Couples Communication problems.
