DESCRIPTION:Description of Training: \nWe will explore the challenges and joys of supervision/mentoring by exploring the Hero’s Journey  of Joseph Campbell .  The workshop will examine the stages and  essential skills/process  of supervision and mentoring.  We will also explore archetypal patterns delineated in stories movies.  We will delineate a  bio/psycho/social  case formulation  framework for case supervision. In addition we will attend to scope of practice\, boundaries\, minimizing risk and liability and the appropriate place of inner work\,  self care and its role in supervision . Meets Ethics and/or Supervision  CE requirements. \nThis training will be conducted in a webinar format.
