DESCRIPTION:Description of Training: \nStories and movies inform us about boundaries\, confidentiality and its limits\, working within a scope of practice\, cultural formulation model\, importance of self-awareness and how it impacts ethics.  We will be examining movies and stories to illustrate problems and guidelines on how to make ethical decisions. \nThis course is designed to help us learn and reflect on how to understand and navigate ethical decisions through experiencing the wonderful medium of stories and movies. Meets Law and Ethics CE requirement. \nThis training will be conducted in a webinar format. You will receive an email prior to the webinar with instructions on how to sign in to the webinar. \nLearning Objectives: \n\nExamine the functions and commonalities of all ethical codes and how brain science explains ethics.\nExamine the dilemmas of setting boundaries.\nLearn the Cultural Formulation  Model.\nReview confidentiality and its limits.\nDelineate the steps in ethical decision making.\nReflect on implications of technology and ethics.\nExamine the AGPA Ethical Code for group therapy.\n  \n \n\n
